This morning, the DeMoss family graciously invited the students of the Russell County Homeschool Association to visit their beautiful home and gardens. Mrs. Carla DeMoss, a veteran homeschooler, served as our guide and instructor for the day.

What's in there? |

Ducks! The DeMoss' have a beautiful duck pond, but due to the heavy rains it was flooded. So, we watched the ducks from a safe (dry) distance. |

We took a little break from the flowers and fowl to do some swinging. |

Mrs. Carla helped each student plant a sunflower seed to take home and plant in their own garden. |

Mr. DeMoss had goodies for the whole gang! He sent us home with peonies, shasta daisies, tulips, and more. Thank you, Mr. DeMoss for your amazing generosity! The kids were super excited about taking home their own plants. |
